Although recorded in official records as being DG model, general concensus is that it was FG model; Tractor body built by WAGR; Hauled original Campbell & Mannix-bodied semi-trailer registered 0582, previously hauled by Foden DG prime mover, also numbered (F18), and White WA20 prime mover also registered 3577; After scrapping of trailer (F18), reported as having been renumbered (F1), replacing the original Foden FG prime mover numbered (F1) hauling semi-trailer (F1) ie the converted Dyson Landliner; If this is correct, then presumably this is the Foden (F1) that was converted to a table-top truck by WAGR --.10.1963 |
